  1. Step 1 3 x 400g/14oz cans mixed beans
  2. Step 2 1 small red onion , sliced
  3. Step 3 small bunch coriander , chopped
  4. Step 4 6 tbsp garlic-flavoured oil
  5. Step 5 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  6. Step 6 handful tortilla chips , roughly broken
