- Step 3 thumb-sized piece ginger , finely chopped

- Step 5 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Step 6 4 spring onions , finely sliced
- Step 7 1 red chilli , finely chopped
- Step 8 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Step 9 bunch chives , finely chopped, to serve
