  7. Step 7 4 tbsp tabbouleh

  1. Step 1 Put 2 tbsp hummus in a compartment in a bento box. Fill the other sections with other meze ingredients - we used a handful of olives, 1 sliced wholemeal pitta, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped baby fennel bulb, 2-3 ready-made stuffed vine leaves and 4 tbsp tabbouleh.
